Yes, the oven is ready to use right away. However, before bringing it to high temperatures, it is important to strictly follow the drying procedure known as “curing,” which allows for the elimination of internal moisture and optimizes the performance and lifespan of the oven over time. Detailed instructions are provided in the informational material included with the oven.
Gas consumption varies depending on the model:
  • Subito Cotto MINI and Subito Cotto 45 both have a consumption of 0.4 Kg/h
  • Subito Cotto 60 and Subito Cotto 80 both have a consumption of 1.2 Kg/h
  • Subito Cotto 100 has a consumption of 1.7 Kg/h
The standard size of the pizza we have considered is 30cm in diameter. The number of pizzas that can be cooked at once varies depending on the model:
  • Subito Cotto MINI and Subito Cotto 45 can cook 1 pizza at a time
  • Subito Cotto 60 can cook 1 pizza at a time with wood fuel, and 2 pizzas with gas
  • Subito Cotto 80 can cook 2 pizzas at a time with wood fuel, and 3 pizzas with gas
  • Subito Cotto 100 can cook 3 pizzas at a time with wood fuel, and 5 pizzas with gas
Subito Cotto models can operate with either LPG or Natural Gas. Just specify your preference when ordering, and the oven will be equipped with a nozzle suitable for the chosen type of gas.
No, specific safety measures are not necessary. The standard ones are described in the instruction manual.
The oven can be connected to a gas cylinder or the gas network using a hose and a regulator (not included with the oven).
